By downloading, accessing, or using one or more of the wallpaper images (the “Images”) you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Images.
Grant: The Boeing Company grants you a nonexclusive, limited, worldwide, royalty free, revocable license to use the Images solely as wallpapers on your personal electronic devices (e.g., mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers). This license is fully paid and may be terminated by The Boeing Company upon notice posted on the site where the Images were downloaded or upon written notice delivered directly to you, effective 30 days after the date of notice posted on the site or delivery of such notice directly to you.
Restrictions: The Images may not be used for advertising, commercial promotions, merchandising, product packaging, in any way that implies endorsement of a person, product, or service, or in any other way that is inconsistent with the above Grant. No sublicensing, sale, or redistribution is allowed. You may not claim the Images are your own or remove any markings, including watermarks. The Boeing Company retains the right to immediately revoke this license in the event you breach these terms and conditions.
Ownership: All rights, title and interest, including copyright, in and to the Images will remain the exclusive property of The Boeing Company.
