  • Free Shipping offers are only valid with orders shipping within the contiguous United States.

  • You are responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise. The return costs are normally deducted from your refund.

Order Processing Times

Order processing time does not include shipping time.

  • We ship from Everett, Washington.
  • Our partner vendors ship from New Jersey (Airline Livery Models), Maryland (Delsey Luggage), and Missouri (Victorinox Luggage).
  • We process orders within 2-3 business days and you will receive a email notification when your order has shipped.

  • Boeing Store uses FedEx and USPS as our main shipping carriers.
  • We offer Standard Domestic Shipping, Express 2 Day and Standard International Shipping.
    • Shipping carriers do not guarantee their shipping times and these estimates are calculated in business days.
      (Monday–Friday), and do not include the day the carrier receives the package.
    • Shipping estimates not guaranteed; based on the day an order ships, not the day an order is placed.

    BoeingStore.com ships to over 200 locations worldwide. Here's a list of areas that are not covered by our shipping zones (meaning we are unable to ship to these areas):

    • Algeria, Argentina, Ascension Island, Belarus, Caribbean Netherlands, China, Estonia, Georgia, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Lebanon, Libya, Macao SAR, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, and Ukraine.

    Custom Duties, Taxes and Fees

    International purchasers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, service fees and these fees differ per country. These charges are always the responsibility of the receiver. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. The Boeing Store and its carriers do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

    • Boeing Employees: This policy applies to Boeing Employees as well. International Boeing Employees are subject to custom fees and import duties due to BoeingStore.com being a public domain, our warehouse ships all packages under DAP (Delivered At Place) This means, the buyer bears the costs and taxes of import clearances.
    • Please note that Boeingstore.com is not the same as the Boeing Recognition Program. The Boeing Recognition Program is able to pay custom taxes and duties since the website is private to Boeing employees, whereas BoeingStore.com is not.

    Shipping Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

    • Returns will be accepted if the item(s) are returned within 30 days of date of purchase. All refunds will be made on the card originally used on the order, or in the form of store credit (for award point or gift card orders).
    • You can review our return policy here and you can start a return at the Return Center
      • Please note, when we receive your return, we will deduct the return label fee from your refund for shipping/handling.
      • Your refund will be returned to your original payment method, minus the return shipping label fee.
    • We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, we recommend that you return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for a replacement.
    • We are unable to process international returns or refunds through our Return Center.

    Multiple Packages

    Your order may ship in multiple packages due to the following reasons:

    • You purchased a product from one of our partner vendors (listed above). The item(s) will be shipped in a separate package since it’s not shipping from our warehouse.
    • Due to inventory—our stores may ship a product directly from the store if the product is no longer available at our warehouse.

    Items not included in package?

      • Item(s) may not be included in package due to our inventory being slightly off.
        • If we no longer have the item in stock, we will cancel/refund the out of stock item(s) on your order.
        • You will receive an email notification with the refund amount of the item(s). The refund will include the item cost, tax, and portion of shipping cost.

    Address Errors

    • Please double check your delivery address entry. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses can cause the package to be deemed undeliverable. Re-shipping and replacement costs due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
    • It is important to note we are unable to change your shipping address in our system once the order is placed.

    Package Returned to Us By Carrier

    If your package was returned to us (e.g. package was undeliverable), please email customerservice@boeingstore.com. Undeliverable status will show in your order tracking details and you may be contacted directly by our carrier regarding the delivery attempt. We can assist with your missed delivery for up to 30 days once the package was returned to our warehouse.

    If we can confirm your order was returned to our warehouse, we can offer 2 options below:

      1. Reship your order. Please note this will incur additional shipping costs to the cover the return delivery (if we were charged by carrier) and the total cost of reshipping the package.
      2. Refund to the original payment method (same total cost value, minus the original cost of shipping (shipping not refunded).

      Shipping to P.O. Boxes

      Please be advised that FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes. This means Express shipping is not available for P.O Box shipping addresses. If a P.O. box shipping address is used, your package will ship via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Retail Ground.  

      Lost or Stolen Packages

      Boeing Stores is not responsible for:

      • Delays in FedEx or U.S. Postal Services shipping.
      • Lost, damaged while shipping, or marked as delivered item(s) with proof of delivery by the carrier.
